Price per night (5 nights minimum) for the villa
Low season: 260 €
High season: 300 €
Very high season: 350 €
Pointe-Noire tourist tax, 2% on the rental price
€150 cleaning/maintenance fee for the stay
We ask for a resort certificate from your insurance.
The deposit of 800 € can be via check, cash or transfer (if transfer, to be paid before your arrival)
25% deposit required to confirm your reservation.
