Our Breakfast Buffet (Ti-Dèj):

Appointment at the agreed time between us to start your day
Side drinks, coffee, tea, cocoa, juices, water
Baguette and viennoiseries of the day of our artisan baker Pointe Noire
Choice of homemade jams and Gwada, honey, cocoa paste Gwada (when there is :)
Delicatessen and cheese as well as fresh fruit cut by us
Homemade yogurts or Gwada and cereals.
At the request, egg with the hull, on the dish, omelette or scrambled.
We will eat together, the time to exchange good tours of our beautiful region of Basse Terre, in short, a good moment of conviviality

The Table d'hôtes:

It's your recovery time of your day, the holidays are sometimes tiring :)
There is not much time to start the festivities, return from the beach, sunbathe on the deck of the pool and jacuzzi, visit the Saintes with late return or simply have fun without much movement
We offer an all-inclusive menu and of course, everything starts with a local aperitif, followed by an appetizer, the main course and a dessert, wine and beer are served at discretion, still and sparkling water, we do not offer coffee in the evening, but possible on request and at no extra cost :)

Our cook (Dédé) is happy to cook for you local dishes (or the 'world' if demand) with Péyi products Péyi, the table eats the same thing but we will be careful to ask you if certain foods are incompatible with your taste buds, vegetarians are also welcome.
