We had to find a name for the Chef's kitchen... It's done, we've christened it (with rum of course) The Pirate's Table! From the buffet breakfast to the catered dishes in the evening, everything is designed to delight you, help you relax and share good times in our company.
📝 All our meals are by reservation 24 hours in advance (to give us time to do our fresh shopping!).
🥐 The Ti-Dèj Buffet
Join us between 7:30 and 9:00 for a gentle and delicious start to your day. It's the perfect time to share a friendly meal and exchange our best tips for exploring our beautiful Basse-Terre region!
• ☕ Drinks: Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, local fruit juices and fresh water.
• 🥖 Bakery side: Fresh baguettes and pastries of the day from our artisan baker in Pointe-Noire.
• 🍯 Sweet treats: Selection of homemade jams and "Gwada"
• 🍳 Savory & Fresh Side: Assortment of charcuterie, cheeses, cereals, homemade or "Gwada" yogurts, and fresh fruit cut by us.
• 🍳 On request: Your eggs prepared fresh (soft-boiled, fried, omelet or scrambled).
🍲 Catered Dishes (Evening)
It's time to relax, holidays can be tiring sometimes! Whether you're returning late from an excursion to Les Saintes, a late afternoon sunbathing on the pool deck, or simply want to treat yourself without leaving the cottage... we take care of everything.
We offer an all-inclusive package, delivered directly to your home, ready to eat or reheat:
🍹 The Aperitif: To start the festivities in the local tradition.
🍽️ The Dish: A unique menu prepared by our chef, who cooks up delicious local or "world" dishes depending on his inspiration, made with tasty local products.
🍷 Drinks: Wine or local beer included to accompany your meal.
🌱 Vegetarians are of course welcome!
